Dear Judi, I'm so sorry that you lost your mom. I remember her as kind and patient and how our moms were so comfortable with each other upon their very first meeting. They are together in Heaven now and at peace.

It was indeed a privilege to be on staff with Shirley at St. Thomas More. She brought joy and laughter to everyone as they came to her office. I missed Shirley
after she retired and cherish the memories I have of her.

I was one of the hundreds of students at STM who remember Mrs. Hornick as a cheerful, loving presence in the school. I can still here her voice and her laugh when you would come into the office. She impacted many lives!
