Terry L. Moder, 69, of Appleton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, July 12, 2015. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on February 23, 1946, daughter of the late Glenn and Ruth Smith. Terry graduated from Menasha High School, Class of 1964. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting many different things for her family and friends. Terry was also an excellent baker, specializing in many different cake designs. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
Terry is survived by her husband, Mike Moder; her daughters: Shawn (Richard Jr.) Croly, Sheila (Cary) Maas, and Stacy (Shane) Falk; grandchildren: Carrie, Brandon, Taylor, Justin and Jordin; great grandchildren: Avery and Faith; and other relatives and friends.
Terry was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Donald Smith.
Memorial services will be at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2015, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, 101 Canal Street, Little Chute. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
