James G. “Jim” Arnoldussen, Sr., age 57, of Kaukauna, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, June 2, 2017. He was born in Kaukauna on July 27, 1959, son of the late Harold and Wilma (Vander Horst) Arnoldussen. Jim was married to Mary Jager for over 37 years. Together they have three sons and four grandchildren, whom which he loved to spoil.
Jim was employed at Gene Frederickson Trucking, and worked in transportation for many years at various other places. He was an excellent woodworker and a skilled and proud handy man taking on any task. Jim enjoyed traveling and putting miles on his motorcycle. Most of all, he was a loving husband and a great father and papa.
Jim will be missed by his wife, Mary Arnoldussen; three sons: James Arnoldussen, Jr., Brad (Kelly) Arnoldussen and Adam Arnoldussen; grandchildren: Carson, Crosby, Lillian and Kennedy Arnoldussen; his siblings and their children: Harry (Linda) Arnoldussen and their daughter, Laura (Vic) Tulsie; Patty (Jim) Martin and their son Kenny; Karen (Ken) Brown and their children: Mary Jo (Gregg) Seiltz, Bobby (Joey) Martzahl and Godson, Nick (Jenny) Martzahl; Barbara (Eugene) Mueller and their children: Tanya Zehren and Corey (Angie) Ward; Jean (Tom) Peters and their daughters: Ashley (Jordan) Youren and Amber Peters; Brian (Kelly) Nettekoven and their children: Natlie, Madison and Hannah Nettekoven; Brenda (Curt) Mader and their children Alyssia and Sarah Elliot; a Godson, David (Leah) Nettekoven; brothers and sisters-in-law: Judy (Ted) Schmitt, Sharon Mankovecky, Carol (Gary) Wright, Therese Richardson, Dawn (Rick) Markgraf, Diane (Tom) Baumgarten, Lynn (Mike) Vande Hey, Dan (Becky) Jager, Brian (Fiance, Carla) Jager and Scott Jager; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends and his beloved dog Snuggles.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents; brothers-in-law: Curt Mankovecky and Gerald Richardson; and Mary’s parents, Merlin and Alice Jager.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, 101 Canal Street, Little Chute.
