Velma Katherine Ingram (nee Velma K. Novak), 88, Appleton, has gone on to a more glorious life on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. She was born August 25, 1937, in Middletown, OH, daughter of Wilbur and Naomi (Dean) Ingram. Kathy loved anything that had butterflies on it and fresh flowers.
She will be missed by her daughters: Debbie Lappen, Appleton; Vicki (Roy) Everts, New London; and Dawn (Bob) Stec, Goodman; a son, Ron Novak, Pembine; 16 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; a special papaw, Edward L. Gomia; sons: Jeff, Rick, Steve, and Mike Novak; a granddaughter, Naomi Miller; great grandchildren: Abigail Hoier, Andrew Webb, and Nevaeh Cadman; a sister, Wanda Underwood; a brother, John (Ginny) Ingram; a son-in-law, Thomas L. Lappen; the father of her children, Bernard J. Novak.
In accordance with Katherine’s wishes, no services will be held.
