Ursula E. Kordus

Ursula E. Kordus, age 93, of Freedom, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2018.  Ursula was born on July 4, 1925, daughter of the late Bodo and Margaret (Rosner) Bube.  She married Fabian Kordus on May 5, 1945. 

Ursula loved spending time with her family.  She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, gardening, and cooking.  Ursula was very active in her church.

Ursula is survived by her children: Gwen (Jack) Farrell, Gail (Tom) Dunton, Bob (Sheri) Kordus, John (Rhonda) Kordus, Gretchen (Tim) Koziel and Jeff Kordus, 20 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, her siblings: Tony Bube, Ronald Bube, Bodo “Butch” Bube, Marie Seubert and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is proceded in death by her loving husband Fabian Kordus; her parents; children: Bonnie Shaw, James Kordus, Annie Margaret Kordus; a granddaughter, Jodi Kordus; siblings: Dottie Creecy, Agnes Stark and Edna Bube. 

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, W2037 County Road S, Freedom.  Visitation will be at church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.  Entombment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Neenah.
