Terry J. Schmidt

Terry J. Schmidt, 69, passed away on December 12, 2025. Terry was born on April 11, 1956 to Alphonse and Dorothy “Dot” (Coenen) Schmidt. He was a veteran having served in the US Air Force stationed in California. Terry worked for many years in the electrical department at various locations for Menards where he met his wife. Terry was united in marriage to Jolene Barbuch and they made their home in Fond du Lac until she passed away. He loved his pets especially his dog Daisy.

Terry is survived by his mom Dot Schmidt, siblings; Mary Jo (Tim) Casey, Greg “Gigso” (Gina) Schmidt, Patrick (Jean) Schmidt, and Mike (Stacey) Schmidt, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, Jolene’s family, and friends. Terry was preceded in death by his dad, his wife Jolene and a brother Daniel Schmidt.
