Tammy Effa

Tammy L. Effa, age 55, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family after a life filled with many health struggles on March 3, 2025. She was born on February 21, 1970, daughter of Jackie Vandehey and Alan Effa.

Tammy loved children and dedicated her life to the childcare industry. Her nieces and nephews meant the world to her. She also loved animals, especially her cat Maple.

Tammy is survived by her mom, Jackie Vandehey; dad, Alan (Bekki) Effa; brothers: Jay (special friend, Sarah) Effa, Cory (Korri) Kersten and Chris (special friend, Rowan) Effa; nieces and nephews: Skylar, Summer, Landon, Noah, Liam, Zoe, Mason, Madden and Elowyn; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Tammy was preceded in death by her grandparents: Klink and Donna Vandehey, Ben and Bernice Harris, Erv and Barb Abhold.

Private family services will be held.
