Ryan Van Den Heuvel Obituary

Ryan, we know you are gone; but our love for you lives forever.

You loved being Up North.

You brought us love.  The day you were born was the greatest gift God could give us.  Our hearts are broken now.  We didn’t get to say “good bye” and we loved you so.

We will always treasure all the trees and shrubs you planted.  You loved nature and the quiet it brought; wildlife; photography; cooking and making your own recipes; campfires; buying and selling books, DVDs, pictures, sport cards of all types; grandparents and cousins; metal detecting anything you could find; collecting coins; music and being in band; videos; emailing; reading constantly; the years in Boy Scouts and Valley 4-H with art, ceramics and clay; your many feline friends; jobs as a baker; taking inventory; you were a perfectionist.  You were so intellectual, you studied art at Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD); that was you.  God gave you great talent for detail and it showed in all you drew; you had a way about you no one else could surpass.  Your talents were your gift to us.  We have all those memories.  No one will ever take them from us.  Our hearts are broken that you had to leave us so soon; but you are with God now; where we all hope to be someday.

Ryan Ronald, you gave us the greatest joy when you were born October 3, 1982.  We feel a total loss on the day you went to be with the Lord on October 14, 2018.

You are deeply loved by your aunts and uncles – Jim & Judy Van Den Heuvel; Sue & Bob Gehring; Ken  & Nancy Van Den Heuvel; Larry & Shawn Van Den Heuvel; Yvonne & Jim Schuh; Joe Van Den Heuvel and Rose & Dave DeCoster; Margie Ott; Don & Deb Winkler and Bob & Jill Winkler and many, many cousins, and your many co-workers from Fed Ex.  Also we remember those who have already passed on, Donna Denissen Van Den Heuvel; Harmony Van Den Heuvel; both sets of grandparents, Irvin & Johanna Albers Van Den Heuvel and Charles and Lorraine Gerhartz Winkler; Tom “Fuzz” Romenesko and Jim Butler.
