Robert S. Randall

Robert “Bob” Steven Randall, age 80, of Appleton, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Saturday, March 19th, 2022. Bob was born on May 7th, 1941, in Jackson Heights, Queens, New York, to the late Harvey and Sophia (Stasiuk) Randall. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Roger Eugene Randall. Bob attended Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York. He worked at Sanders Associates in Plainview, NY as an electronics technician, then began his long aviation career at Delta Airlines at John F. Kennedy Airport. He went on to Beechcraft Hawker at LaGuardia Airport in NY and then in Houston, Texas. The majority of his aviation career was spent at KC Aviation in Appleton, Wisconsin. Bob retired from his career at Duncan Aviation in Lincoln, Nebraska. He then moved back to Appleton, WI to be closer to his family.

    Bob enjoyed time with his family, and sharing stories of his water adventures with his brother, fast cars, boats, and his pets throughout his life. Later on he enjoyed technology and the computer game Castle Age.

    He is survived by his loving wife Betty of 43 years and his children, son Clayton (Chris Rozanas) and their children, Jonathan and Kye; daughter Terri-Ann (Lyle) Hamerla and their children Tai, Ryan, and Lily; and stepchildren Paul Staerkel and his children Bryan and Adam; Patricia Angell and her late husband Lanny, and their children Forrest, Logan, and Sadie; and Peggy Murphy (Sean) and their children Andrew, Elise, and Tessa; and nine great grandchildren.

Bob’s wishes were to be privately cremated with no services held in his honor. A heartfelt thank you to ThedaCare Hospice and special friend Melissa for all of their support and care.
