Randy R. Beattie, age 62, was called to heaven January 14, 2022 after a brief illness surrounded by his loving family in his final days. Randy was born on July 18, 1959 to Ronald and Mary Ann (Evers) Beattie in Little Chute. He attended Little Chute High and graduated in 1977. He married Sally Arnoldussen on March 20, 1982 and together they had 9 children. Jessica (Jamie) Verstegen, Eric (Melissa), Kara, Tessa (Tom) Moore, Arianna, Ethan (Aleah), Evan (Lindsey), Emery (& Fiance Nicole) and Anissa.
Randy was a hardworking man and had many jobs throughout his life. His passion was racing which he passed on to his children. On Thursday nights you could find him at WIR and most recently he enjoyed traveling to various tracks to watch his children and grandchildren race.
Survivors include his father Ronald, Sally and 8 of their 9 children, his grandchildren Laynee, Malia, Kaidan, Lillyann, Kara, Isabella, Aubrey, (Baby Moore # 3 expected in July), Lilee, Chloe and Bryce. His Siblings Theresa (John) Verbeten, Dawn (Joe) VanZeeland, Brian (Chrissy) Beattie & Brad. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, as well as, his faithful furry friend Lea (an English Pointer).
Randy was preceded in death by his mother Maryann, his daughter Kara and his grandparents Vernon & Mary Beattie, John & Minnie Evers.
Visitation will be Thursday January 20, 2022 at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home LITTLE CHUTE LOCATION, 101 Canal Street from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. officiated by Fr. Ron Belitz. Visitation will continue on Friday January 21, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St Edward Catholic Church, N2926 Hwy 47, Mackville.
