Randall Jon Hahnemann, age 67, passed away on July 29, 2023, after a brief illness. The last days of his life he was surrounded by his loving wife and daughters. He was born on November 19, 1955, in Kaukauna and was a lifelong resident. On October 4, 1974, Randy was united in marriage to the love of his life Joyce (Kilgas). Randy was employed as a Mason Foreman for 29 years at Forster, Miller, and Romenesko Masonries. He was a man of all talents. Some of hobbies included woodworking, custom vehicle restoration, manufacturing his own vehicle parts, drawing and maintaining a beautiful yard. He had a green thumb, every year he grew plants from seed and shared them with his girls. There was not anything he could not do.
He is survived by his beloved wife Joyce and their four daughters: Ebony (Jason) Stadtmueller, Nicole Van Driel, Stefanie Hahnemann, and Amanda (Jake) Kohl; nine grandchildren: Kyleigh and Jaxson Van Driel, Rhiannon and Miley Stadtmueller, Ariana and Maverick Kohl, and Cheyenne, Hunter, and Willow Kasten; three step grandchildren: Krista Stadtmueller, Tamara Stadtmueller, and Adriana Hietpas along with their children; a brother Dennis (Barbara) Hahnemann of Aberdeen, South Dakota, and niece Angela (Corey) Landeen; brothers and sisters in law: Mary Otte, Joe (Dori) Kilgas, Dennis (Mary Jo) Kilgas, Ben (Rhonda) Kilgas, Dick (Penney) Kilgas, Jamie (Michelle) Kilgas; along with many nieces and nephews and his goddaughter, Taycie Schmidt.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents: Everett and Norma (Baker) Hahnemann; parents-in-law: Richard and Clara (Kemkes) Kilgas; brothers-in-law: Thomas Kilgas and Dave Otte; as well as his faithful companion, Reese.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, at 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kaukauna. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services. For online condolences, please visit www.veruilenfh.com.
