After 80 years, Peter M. Vande Hey entered eternal life on April 16, 2026.
Born June 21, 1945 to Gordon and Agnes Vande Hey, Pete went on to graduate from Freedom High School class of 1963. Pete spent his years farming, providing butchering services at local meat markets, playing cards, fishing and creating friendships at local area establishments.
Pete is survived by his children: Brian and Christa Vande Hey, their family Gannon and Pierson Vande Hey; Bruce Vande Hey, his family Aaron (Maddie) Vande Hey, Zach (Lydia) Vande Hey and Parker (Reid Schnell) Vande Hey; Tony Vande Hey; Terry and Kim Vande Hey, their family Allyson (Ethan) Wall, Morgan (Jordan) Boldt, Walker (Alyssa) Vande Hey; Carmen Vande Hey, her family Ian and Ethan Vande Hey; Chad and Rhonda Vande Hey, their family Kenedi, Alex and Macy Vande Hey. He is further survived by the Mother of his children, Joanne Vande Hey and great-grandchildren: Adeline and Macklin Wall, Waylon and Wynnie Vande Hey, Palmer Vande Hey and Baby Boldt.
Pete is further survived by his siblings: Donna Weyers, Audrey (Jim) Temmer, Sharon (Carl) Theunis, Jan Van Rossum, Shirley Greiner, Dick Vande Hey, Al Vande Hey, Debbie Van Handel (Joe)

Memorial services will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kaukauna.
