In loving memory of Patricia Burak (formerly Wall), who peacefully departed this life at the age of 87 in Neenah, WI on January 23, 2024. She was surrounded by the enduring love of her husband, Chet, with whom she shared 68 years in a beautiful and meaningful journey of marriage together.
During her school years, Patricia was an active and accomplished individual. She achieved numerous accolades, earning the title of salutatorian for the Cudahy graduating class of 1954. Her exceptional qualities were further celebrated as she was crowned the CHS Prom Queen, a testament to her grace and popularity among her peers. Patricia’s achievements during her formative years left an indelible mark on those who knew her.
Patricia’s leadership qualities were evident even during her high school years when she was honored as the president of the day at the Cudahy Marine Bank. Recognizing her talent and dedication, the bank later extended an offer, and Patricia embraced the opportunity to become the Marketing Director at the Cudahy Marine Bank. Her journey from high school recognition to a prominent role with the bank reflects her commitment to excellence and the impact she made in her professional endeavors.
Patricia was an unwavering pillar of support for her family, embodying unconditional love and dedication throughout her life. Her passions included a deep appreciation for art, a love for vibrant flowers, and a wanderlust that led her to explore various destinations. Among her favorite places to visit were the picturesque landscapes of Hawaii, the sunny shores of Florida, and the serene beauty of Door County. Patricia’s zest for life and her ability to find joy in art, nature, and travel enriched the lives of those around her.
Her memory will forever reside in the hearts of; her husband Chet; her two children Cindy and Bob; four grandchildren and spouses Ryan (Ariel), Bret (Katie Jo), Ben (Parey), Austin (Maddy); and her great grandchildren Theo and Henry. The love and warmth she shared for her family will continue to be a source of comfort and inspiration for generations to come.
A celebration of Patricia’s life is planned for spring, providing an opportunity for family and friends to come together and honor the beautiful moments shared with her. Details of the event will be shared in the coming weeks, as loved ones gather to celebrate the legacy of a remarkable individual whose presence will be deeply missed.
