Linda Lou (Eldred) Loewe

Linda L. Loewe, 72, passed away at home surrounded by her family.  Linda was born on September 12, 1951 to Ward and Florence (Jost) Eldred.  On May 2, 1970 she was united in marriage to Dan Loewe at St Mary Catholic Church in Stockbridge.  She graduated from Hilbert High School in 1970 and was a stay at home mom when her children were younger.  Linda worked for 20 years a the Foley Company in Chilton until the plant closed, she then worked for the county ADRC for years at the Hilbert Senior Meal site until her retirement in 2023.  Linda enjoyed her gardens and flowers.  Spending time with her family and friends especially cooking and baking for them is something she loved to do and was always treasured.  Linda also enjoyed her time at the cabin up north. 

Linda is survived by her husband Dan, three children; Maria (Dean) Schroeder, Valerie (Paul) Heinrich, and James Loewe, grandchildren; Bernie Schroeder, Myles (Brooke) Schroeder, Brittney ( Rebecca) Schroeder, Kyle Heinrich, Megan Heinrich, Jason Loewe, Zoey Loewe, and Jazzlyn Loewe, great grandchildren; Logan and Evan Schroeder and Annalise Quinzer, siblings; Frank (Nancy) Eldred, Marilyn (Francis) Dorn, Dennis (Sharon) Eldred and Mike Eldred, and a sister-in-law Judy ( Leroy) Braun, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Linda was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; Franklin, Dennis and Michael Eldred.

The funeral liturgy for Linda will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St Mary’s of the Seven Dolors Catholic Church, 120 Davis St. Stockbridge with Fr.
