Leroy John Van Enkenvoort
September 4, 1946 – December 5, 2025
Leroy John Van Enkenvoort, 79, of Kaukauna, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born on September 4, 1946, Leroy built a life defined by hard work, loyalty, and an unmistakable sense of humor. Known as a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather, he showed his love not so much in words but through actions — fixing a car, offering a helping hand, or showing up exactly when someone needed him.
A natural problem-solver, Leroy loved working on cars and could often be found in the garage, tools in hand and a joke ready on his lips. His quick wit, generous spirit, and willingness to help family and friends made him someone people naturally gravitated toward.
Leroy is survived by his wife Christine Van Enkenvoort; brother: Henry Van Enkenvoort; children: Brenda Searl (Jason Searl), Jason Van Enkenvoort, Leroy and Jason Mentzel, and Michael Van Enkenvoort; grandchildren: Monika Ludvigsen (Lance Ludvigsen), Angel Demuth (Logan Demuth), and Sophia Searl; and many other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Leroy was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Inez; son, Leroy Jr.; siblings: John, Pat, Felix, Arlene, Grace, Toni and Marcie.
Leroy leaves behind a legacy of kindness, humor, and quiet strength. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
