- Joyce Denzel, 84, passed away peacefully on Saturday April 5, 2025 with family by her side. Joyce was born on November 21, 1940 to the late Norbert and Helen (Klister) Vanderloop. On April 5, 1961 she was united in marriage to Vincent Denzel, together they celebrated their 60 year anniversary. She worked at White Clover Dairy, where she formed many long-lasting friendships. While working, she raised six children and always supported her family. Joyce enjoyed her time at Harbour Village Campground in Door County, where she loved spending time with her friends and family. Joyce was known for her caring and giving nature, always ready to help and support others. Her love and kindness will be remembered by all who knew her.
Joyce is survived by her, children; Mike (Jean) Denzel, Joan (Jim) Boots, Lori Denzel, Vicki Denzel, K Denzel, and Mary (Mike) Ronsman, grandchildren; Coleen (Dan) McGonigle, Beth (Jon) Fowler, Matthew (Sarah) Boots, Eric (Katelin) Boots, Kevin (Alona) Boots, Kimberly Boots, Randy (Erica, special friend) Vanden Bloomer, Ricky (Jessica) Vanden Bloomer, Ryan (Magali, special friend) Paessler, Sarah Ronsman, Johnathan Ronsman, great grandchildren; Emma Fowler, Brianna and Makenna Boots, Lydia Boots, Lily and Hunter Vanden Bloomer, Brianna Leon, brothers, sisters and in-laws; Sandy Vanderloop, Marion Vanderloop, Char Vanderloop, Marge Zimmerman, Allen Lamers, Lyla (Frank) Griffin, Myra Lamers, Kevin (Mary) Lamers, and many nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent, brothers; Anton, Norman, Donald, Dennis and James Vanderloop, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Ronald (Mary) Denzel, Eugene (Carolynn) Denzel, Severa Denzel, and grandchild Steven Vanden Bloomer.
The funeral liturgy for Joyce will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Katharine Drexel, St Mary Site, 119 W. 7th St. Kaukauna.
