After a seven year battle with colon cancer Jerry went into the loving arms of Jesus surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 14, 1938 son of the late Norbert and Lillian (Brandenburg) Treichel. Jerry graduated from Reedsville High School and Coyne Electrical College. He was married to the love of his life Marilyn Wisneski on June 23, 1962 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Green Bay and have celebrated 59 years of happiness. They raised two children at their home in Freedom. Jerry worked as an electrician for Kimberly-Clark, Neenah until his retirement in 1997 he was an avid antique collector with his wife Marilyn. They were always on the hunt for that rare treasure. They traveled extensively in the US, Europe and South America. He belonged to The Golden Glow of Christmas Past and the Toy Collectors of America. He enjoyed many of their conventions where he met numerous life long friends.
First and foremost Jerry was a family man. He loved his time and vacations with the entire family. Time spent with his children and grandchildren were his greatest joy. His dry sense of humor will be missed. He was a selfless man and we are truly thankful for sharing a phenomenal life with him.
