Jeffrey T. Schuh, 64, found peace on Sunday, January 4, 2026, after bravely facing cancer. He was born on March 23, 1961 to James F. and Julia "Judy" (Coenen) Schuh. On October 5, 1984, he married Lynn (Kroner) Schuh residing in Appleton and then in Mackville in homes that they built.
Jeff graduated from Kaukauna High School and later from UW Stout where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology. He spent the next 40 plus years in sales, specializing in industrial valves and heat tracing. His committed relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors, along with his strong work ethic, led him to start his own company, Schuh Industrial Supply LLC, in 2011. He mentored his oldest daughter, Leigh, and her husband, Brett, to continue to carry on the family business.
Jeff loved and cherished his family and was a very devoted father to his two daughters. He would go to great lengths to be there for them, as he drove many hours, even on weeknights, to watch Kelly’s volleyball games throughout her college career and would drive to UW Stout to visit Leigh simply to take her out to lunch. He valued the relationships he had with his sons-in-law and expressed his gratitude to have such great men to continue taking care of his family. Jeff also had a special place in his heart for his grandsons. He loved bringing them on tractor rides, hiding their rubber duckies around the house, and being silly with them.
Most recently, before his illness, his favorite hobby was bicycling, putting on thousands of miles each year. His endless determination led him to accomplish the 100-mile Door County Century Ride multiple times. At home, he enjoyed woodworking projects in his workshop, spending time in his tree-filled yard, tending to his large vegetable garden, enjoying campfires, and having beers in his shop. Over the years, Jeff also enjoyed the time with his family boating, fishing, and snowmobiling, along with motorcycle rides and trips to Nashville with Lynn, and spending time “up north” with extended family and friends in Hayward, Glidden, Crivitz, and Pelican Lake.
Jeff will be remembered for his outgoing personality, always having a clever line to share, and keeping the conversation light-hearted.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Lynn; their daughters: Leigh (Brett) Bogenschutz and Kelly (Michael) Sturm; their grandsons: Blake and Colton; his brothers: Gary Schuh, William (Mary Jo) Schuh, James M. (Yvonne “Buff”) Schuh, Mike (Cheryl) Schuh; his brothers and sisters in-law: Charlie (Nancy) Janssen, Terry (Vicky) Schuh, Dennis (Jill) Kroner, Bob Kroner, Patti Kroner, Mary Conner, Barb (Joe) Abendroth; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents: James F. and Julia Schuh; Lynn’s parents: Leo and Rose Kroner; his sisters: Karen Janssen and Sue Schuh; his sisters-in-law: Carol Kroner and Joyce Kroner; and his brother-in-law: Bill Kroner.
