Jason A. Behnke

March 12, 1975 ~ July 23, 2023 (age 48) 48 Years Old

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend, Jason Andrew Behnke, a truly remarkable man who left this world far too early at the age of 48. Surrounded by his loving family, Jason passed away peacefully on July 23, 2023 after an inspiring and courageous battle against cancer. Though he may no longer be with us, his legacy of love, strength, and unwavering support will forever remain in our hearts.

Jason was born on March 12, 1975 to loving parents, Randall and Alice Behnke. He grew up in New London, Wisconsin, where he developed a zest for life and a passion for adventure that would carry him through his days. From a young age, he exhibited a love for sports and the outdoors, setting the stage for the remarkable life he would lead.

A devoted family man, Jason was the epitome of unconditional love. His devotion to his wife, Tina of 23 years, was evident to all who knew them. They were married on July 15, 2000 and were always a team, facing life's challenges together, supporting each other with unwavering strength. As a father to their two children, Jaden and Justin, Jason’s love knew no bounds and they were the light of his life. He was their hero, always there to cheer them on, guide them through life's ups and downs, and teach them the values of compassion, determination, and kindness.  He enjoyed countless football, basketball, baseball, track and cross country events to cheer on their boys.

Jason's involvement with the community was both heartfelt and impactful. His dedication to coaching youth leagues touched the lives of countless young athletes. He invested time and energy into nurturing not only their athletic abilities but also their character and sportsmanship. His influence reached far beyond the field and court, shaping young lives and instilling in them a sense of pride and teamwork.

A true adventurer, Jason found solace and excitement in the great outdoors. He spent many weekends in Lakewood, WI with his friends and family.  His passion for snowmobiling and driving UTVs allowed him to explore and embrace nature's wonders. With every journey, he forged lasting memories and deep connections with friends who shared his love for these exhilarating activities.

Beyond his athletic pursuit and successful sales career at Contract Converting, Jason was known for his passion, strong conviction, warm and genuine personality. His infectious smile and good-hearted nature made him a joy to be around. He possessed an innate ability to connect with any individual, always being one of the first to offer support and encouragement to someone in need.

Jason's memory will forever live on in the hearts of his loved ones. He leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and strength that will inspire generations to come. As we grieve the loss of this extraordinary man, let us also celebrate the profound impact he had on our lives and the beautiful memories we shared.
