James Buza, age 78, passed away peacefully after a fight with prostate cancer, on Sunday, February 25, 2024. He was born October 8, 1945 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, son of the late Barney and Stella (Modrzewski) Buza. Growing up on his family farm, he enjoyed fixing tractors, milking the cows, hunting, fishing, and bugging his siblings, especially his sisters. He grew up in the Stevens Point area, graduating from PJ Jacobs in 1964.
Shortly after graduating high school, James served in the United States Army as a mechanic and telegrapher from 1964-1966 in the states and Germany.
