Isabelle Mary Brochtrup

Little Chute – Isabelle Mary Brochtrup, age 90, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 15, 2021. She was born on October 6, 1930, daughter of the late George and Marie (Verbeten) Lamers. She married Roland Brochtrup on June 6, 1951.

Isabelle enjoyed gardening, walking, going to her cottage and was famous for baking her delicious Christmas cookies. She was an avid card player and a huge Green Bay Packers fan, especially Brett Favre. The love that Isabelle had for her grandchildren was unmatched. She attended all of their activities and enjoyed watching them become parents themselves. That love continued with her Great Grandchildren.  Her family was the most important thing to her.

Isabelle is survived by her children: Gary (Sue) Brochtrup, Dan (Dianne) Brochtrup, Tom (special friend Paula) Brochtrup, Judy Kantelberg and Randy (Mary) Brochtrup; grandchildren: Jeff, Mandy, Matt, Leah, Mark, Kevin, Dustin, Cody, John, Christopher, Samantha, Nicholas, Riley and Spencer; 16 great grandchildren; sisters: Ruth (Jerry) Gerhartz and Betty (John) Maney; brothers-in-law: Dan Vanderloop and Carlos Brochtrup; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Isabelle was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Brochtrup; parents: George and Marie Lamers; daughter, Karen; grandsons: Michael and Nathan; siblings: Gladys, Judy, Roy, Bob and Toni.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021, at St. Francis Catholic Church, 433 County Road CE, Hollandtown. Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in Isabelle’s name.
