Dawn was born in Kansas City, Kansas and lived in Oshkosh, WI until the time of her death. She is survived by sisters Gloria (Jon Gafner) Gray and Vicki (Don) Van Deurzen, Niece Amanda (Ethan Teipner) Verbrick, and many cousins. Dawn was preceded in death by her parents Marilyn and Lyle Rose, nephew Tyler Gray, significant others Tom Wilson and Dennis Troxell, and her cats Kitty and Max.
According to Dawn’s wishes there will be no funeral.
