Brian R. Seidl

Brian R. Seidl, age 57, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family after a long battle against kidney disease. He was born on December 23, 1963. Brian enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved to work on cars with his son Brandon. Most of all, he loved playing cards with his family. Time spent with them was his favorite thing to do.

Brian is survived by his wife, Kris Seidl; children: Brandon (Sara) Seidl and Dana (Ally) Seidl; stepson, Adam Ashauer; granddaughter, Bradi Seidl; parents: Ray (Helen) Seidl and Delilah (Ron) Langenhuizen; siblings and their children: Dawn Johnson (Jeremiah, Jessica) Chris (Cary) Hanson (Damion, Ashton, Kailyn), Audra (Mike) Bartchlett (Ashley, Nicole, Matt, Adam), Don (Kay) Patrick (Christian, Aiden), Jodi (fiance' Rick)Dalton (Cody, Amber), Ray (Kathy) Seidl (Rachel, Alissa), Jennifer (Jason) Green (Savana, Samantha), Sarah (Lucas) Van Buskirk (Peyton, Liam); father-in-law, Ken Van Rossum; Kris’ siblings and their children: Ken (Andrea) Van Rossum (Carter, Kendra), Kim (Denise Brandow) Van Rossum (Tyler, Karissa), Donna (Rick) Merckx (Kayle, Kevin), Judy (Jim) Thomas (Jeff, Jake, Jenna), Brian (Mary) Hopfensperger (Erik, Melissa), John (Julie) Hopfensperger (Jaxon, Jace, Jordy); his beloved dog, Zoey “Pretty Girl”; numerous cousins, other family members and many friends.

Brian was preceded in death by his brother, Craig Seidl; mother and father-in-law, Lyn (Jack) Hopfensperger.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 2021, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home KAUKAUNA location, 2401 Fieldcrest Drive.
