Scott M. Fazendin

Scott M. Fazendin, age 59, of Kaukauna, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 23, 2018. He was born on April 2, 1959, son of the late Eugene and Phyllis (Eul) Fazendin.

On October 23, 1982, Scott married Karen Van Lankvelt, and they recently celebrated 36 years of marriage. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially competing in the family’s annual football picks league. Scott also treasured time with his grandchildren. His unique sense of humor and personality will be missed.

Scott is survived by his wife, Karen Fazendin; children: Cassie (Matt) Roberts, Ian (Rachel) Fazendin Sydney Fazendin and Stephanie (Zeek) Hietpas; grandchildren: Drew, Ari, Chanel, Phillip, Mason and Blake; siblings: Jean Ann (Richard) Ready, Mary Huelskamp and Tom (LeeAnn) Fazendin; in-laws: Ann Van Lankvelt and Tim (Tom) Van Lankvelt.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Phyllis Fazendin; a brother, Patrick Fazendin; father and mother-in-law, Phillip and Shirley Van Lankvelt; brother-in-law, John Van Lankvelt.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home KAUKAUNA LOCATION, formerly the Boettcher Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kaukauna.
