RoseMarie B. Sanger, age 80, of Kimberly, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2018. She was born in Milwaukee on September 9, 1937, daughter of the late Michael and Ella (Stroh) Kleemann. On July 1, 1961, she married Herbert Sanger.
Rose loved to do crossword puzzles, read and play games with her family, especially scrabble. She was a faithful Christian and a wonderful cook. Rose enjoyed volunteering at the elementary school and taking care of her grandchildren. Spending time with her family and friends was her favorite pastime.
Rose is survived by her daughters: Wanda (Shawn) Flanigan, Kimberly and Donna (Carey) Hensel, Sandwich, Ill.; grandchildren: Molly (Theron) Gohde, Jimmy (Cheyanne) Flanigan, Phillip Hensel and Robert Hensel; great grandchildren: Skyla, Keelieann and Zayden Gohde and Baby Flanigan; a brother, Karl (Barbara) Kleeman, Milwaukee; brothers and sisters-in-law: Donald (Nancy) Sanger, Cudahy, WI; June Senger, Traverse, FL; many other family members and friends.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Sanger; parents, Michael and Ella; siblings: Walter (Elizabeth), Ellie and Robert Kleeman; and a brother-in-law, Edward Senger.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2018, at the New Apostolic Church, 11722 W Florist Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53225. Family and friends may gather at the church from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Family burial services will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Appleton.
