Neil Jadin, age 81, of Freedom, affectionately known by his grandchildren as “Gramps,” passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, March 3rd after a family gathering celebrating his life. Neil’s infectious personality and charisma touched countless individuals and made him a familiar face loved by many in the Freedom community and at Miller Electric, his workplace of 34 years. He was an avid sports enthusiast and led the Freedom Chain Gang for over 40 years. He served as a member of the Freedom Athletic Association and School Board. Neil will be remembered for his passion for gardening and lawn rolling.

Dad & Grandpa, we cannot thank you enough for the impact you have had on our lives. We will miss your stories and quick-wit but know we will see you again someday. We love you!

A man’s legacy is not a beautiful house, wealth, or other worldly goods. It is found in how he lived his life, the family he loved, and the lives he touched.
