As a young girl student, I always looked up to Janet. We reconnected as I became involved with the Little Chute Historical Society and I came to admire her efforts to make her hometown an even better place. She is highly regarded and will be remembered that way. Thank you so much dear Janet for all the time and heart you put into everything that you did. You are certainly appreciated and will be sorely missed.

Truly a sad day. Janet was such a gentle and amazing person. I worked with her at the City and helped her prepare for her interview. She had written a "to do" list and. number one was to dye her hair, which made me laugh. Hugs to you Ellen, and the rest of your family.
