Hannah Leigh Lauer, age 21, of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly at her home on November 1, 2017. She was born on March 23, 1996, daughter of Lori (Meltz) Lauer and the late Thomas Lauer.
Hannah is survived by her mother, Lori; aunts and uncles: Carol Wolk, Vicki (Pete) Taff and LeRoy (Mary) Lauer; special cousins: Barbara Wavrunek and her family and Shane Mommaerts; other family members and too many friends to mention.
Hannah was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Lauer and her grandmother, Delores Meltz.
A celebration of Hannah’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Christ The Rock Community Church, W6254 US Highway 10-114, Menasha. Family and friends may gather at the church from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.
